Horrible Management. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I drove 2.5 hours one way to teach a PRIVATE class for their employee. This is not something I do. I teach GROUP classes around USA but was willing to travel for this 1 student specifically- without charging additional fees. After setting up, before I begin class, not just myself but the PhiBrows academy require the balance to be paid. I get told she’s not paying and leaves me in the room to pack up. 3 days wasted, 6 hours drive time, Airbnb, dog sitters, gas and time I could have given to my clients back at home. I’m glad I charged a deposit to at least cover the cost to come all the way out this way.
