I’ve been bringing my son here for the past 9 months and it’s the only place he does well with hair cuts at. All the staff is very friendly. We love Debra D. I try to request her when I can because she is sooo good with the kids and is as sweet as can be.

My kid has easy straight hair, I’ve cut it before myself but this time, we wanted to take her to a hair salon so she would start getting used to that. They RUINED my kid’s hair. They used blade rather than scissors and it looks really uneven and unearthly, not to mention that I asked for a little side bang and they literally cut from the scalp down…. So it looks absolutely horrible. When the stylist was talking I thought she knew what she was doing but she was going so fast; and my kid sitting on top of me I could not see what she was doing in the front. Like it took her maybe 5 min and then my kid hair was ruined. She also did not dry it, I had to ask her to do that and even then, didn’t even finish doing it. I guess they were innanhurrry cause they were closing. Anyways, HORRIBLR experience, never coming back.

We don’t live nearby but we travel to Eagle Rock just to come here so that alone says a lot about how much we love coming here. All the stylists seem super friendly, but my new favorite is Valerie. Last time we went she really took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, and every time she took a snip she made sure I was okay with it, she even made sure my son was happy with it. She went beyond what I expected, thanks Valerie!

Staff is wonderful, however, the lady who usually cuts my baby’s hair was not there the last time I took her. I asked her to cut the my baby’s bangs and layers. I don’t know if there are different ways of doing that, and I noticed her using a different method. I didn’t say anything because I figured she knew what she was doing. At first, it looked okay but the next day it seemed uneven. Now, when I try to tie it in a pony tail, the hair feels so thin and uneven. She was a really nice lady but I just didn’t like the way my baby’s hair turned out, and I wish I had remembered the other lady’s name to schedule an appointment with her instead. ☹

Great place to get your kids haircut! They have a friendly staff, hair stations with cool cars for the kids to sit in, and TV’s everywhere for your kiddos to watch their favorite shows. The staff constantly cleaned, sanitized everything, and the best part is they only allowed one family at a time. Felt comfortable letting my kids get their haircuts during this crazy pandemic! Highly recommend.
