The worst manicure I’ve ever received in my life. I left crying. I didn’t want to tell them how bad they were because they already spent 3 hours on them and I didn’t trust they had the capability of making them any better. I missed a lunch reservation with my family since my appointment was only supposed to be an hour and a half. I’m so disappointed. This was $90. I asked for ombré. I wish I could get a refund

I had keratin treatment with Cecil (to prevent hair freeze) my hair is burned! The color of my hair changed, and all damaged, I had healthy straight hair, and now I can’t brush my hair in the morning without breaking it. They charged me $320 cash only! I’ve been doing keratin treatment for over ten years and have never had such a bad experience. Stay away from this place! You have been warned!

The most horrible nails & spa salon I ever experienced, super expensive they need quality control and consumer protection with price they had, and the see you for what you got and not for who you are. bad attention. I got the gel paint on my nails the next day. the toenails are with pus do not have the care to attend. the person who attended me is super rude. He did not want to finish the job because another person had arrived. I was paying him and they ended up charging me more than they had told me he was leaving. really bad service but I never go back to this place of poor quality
