Critical: ProfessionalismBooked an appointment here a couple months back, they called me and cancelled on the same day of the appointment, because they didn’t realize i had Extensions. (They were told I had extensions, that is why they called me to cancel the day of my apt, because they had no one there to do it.)Fast forward to today, when I called as soon as they opened to let them know, i could not make my apt because of an unexpected snow storm with 4 plus inches of snow. They told me if i cannot come in today I will get charged the full $75 dollars for the apt even when I tried to reschedule it for a later date. (Your company policy on snow days has no relevance to your customers ability to get there who don’t live in Madison and if their roads are clear. If their is a storm with snow and a customer cannot make it in their car they should not be penalized. I was also charged $75 and originally was told my service was $60 per the email in my inbox. I was told I would be charged for my service I missed, is there a fee on top of that?)Very unprofessional service on two occasions, I will never go there and as a business owner in Morris county am appalled at such a horrible customer experience.*Their response to my review shows the continued unprofessionalism.
