My husband purchased a Groupon for eyebrow microblading. I went in for my appointment. I sat in the chair and they numbed my eyebrow area and then asked me to fill out health questionnaire. After I was already numb, they come in and look at my form. They let me know they can’t do it because I’m nursing my baby. They say, don’t worry, we will be happy to honor the Groupon when I quit nursing. I quit nursing, schedule an appointment (took a month to get an appointment). They confirm my appointment via text and email days before my appointment. Then they call the day before the scheduled appointment, say they are canceling my appointment and will not honor the groupon because its expired, but I can reschedule and pay full price. (Plus I’d have to pre-pay another 50% deposit.) I reminded them that they said they would honor my already paid for service. It was very disappointing dealing with them. It was a big waste of time and money. I could have gone somewhere else if I knew they wouldn’t keep the appointment and don’t keep their promises.

DO NOT let Aubrey touch your hair! She will RUIN it. I’ve been growing my hair out for four years and she completely ruined it yesterday. I have to go pay AGAIN for someone else to fix the horrendous balayage and haircut she did yesterday. She knew i was devastated and hated it and she still tried to charge me $225! Plus, she was very unprofessional. She kept arguing with her fiancé on the phone WHILE she was doing my hair. It was absolutely the worse experience of my life. I am devastated.
