My first time getting boxed braids. As soon as I walked in I was very impressed that not only does miss Synthia do hair, she has a boutique. (That I purchased a set from) The environment was homey, had great energy, and amazing conversations. I was welcomed and felt very comfortable.I have long natural hair. Critical: ProfessionalismWhen first trying to go drop deposit was not open tried calling twice couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Went to drop off deposit later. Looked around the store for a bit then was taken all the sudden. (Okay amazing sweet). Didn’t even get too look at the mirror once while braids were going. Salon was in back of the store. Super mom and pop style salon. But communication on what I asked for vs what I got was not the braid I was asking for. When first trying to go drop deposit was not open tried calling twice couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Went to drop off deposit later. Looked around the store for a bit then was taken all the sudden.
