my nails is already lifting and it hasn’t even been a week . not to mention the acrylic is terrible .. it’s lumpy she took no time to actually file down my nails to a nice shape. my Gel polish is coming up already too like ?? there was no point in getting my nails done . waste of money Acrylic nails

I chose a powder dip. A pretty bright maroon and a pretty glitter gray. It was beautiful when it went on. I said OMG I LOVE IT before I was even finished. Then she put on a top coat of some sort that I hadn’t seen done before at other places. It turned my nails super dark. The glitter looked black instead of gray and the maroon was so dark it was more of a chocolate color. I asked if it was going to turn back to the color it was. Which was also the color in the jar and on the fake nail they had on the sample. She said yes. I noticed it wasn’t turning back. So I asked again. This time she said no. I asked what happened. She didn’t know. Helen also tried to figure it out. She’s got another fake nail to see what went wrong and realized it was the top coat that had done it. I told them I didn’t like it. So they tried to fix it with a gel polish. It was still ugly to me. The lady who did mines also missed spots on my nails and left them very bumpy. I also showed her a pic of the shape I wanted from a pic on there google photos. She didn’t come close to it. They charged me full price of $45 and I tipped $5. I understand mistakes happen and I always tip period. But I would not go back. I’m super big on customer service and felt they should have discounted me since they knew I was unhappy. I would suggest asking for Helen since most ppl were requesting her and I seen other nail techs getting help from her. I just wouldn’t go back myself due to not making sure every customer leaves satisfied. Now I have to walk around with nails I don’t like.

Stay away from BT Nails!!! They’re unsanitary they don’t clean or wipe any of their tools or stations! It’s always dusty in there! They hate when you ask them to fix what they’ve messed up and their rude as hell! I’ll never ever spend another dollar with them!!! Oh and their foot massages is horrible they put NO effort into it at all!

I have been going here 8 years but lately they have been up charging for no reason. I got a fill in on my nails and toe color change and was charged $71. I should’ve got a new set. My sister then came and got white color on her real nails and toes and was charged $71. How we end up paying the same price smh. Manicure, Pedicure

At first I went there to get a dip. The customer service was great. Less than a week after that, most of my nails starting chipping. I went back and told them I wanted to get it redone. They made me wait for about 20 minutes, then a lady told me that I had to pay $10 for them to add glue to the top of my nails. I was like, “huh? glue? Like I just got this done and you want me to pay for your error?” Then she rudely dismissed me and told me to wait for the lady that initially did my nails. The lady who initially did my nails, buffed it so hard, I almost bled. One week later and you can still see the bruises she made. Anyway, back to the story, after bruising me all in the name of buffing, she added a “top coat.” The strange thing was she didn’t put my nails under the UV lamp to cure. She just told me to let them dry. Only to find out that this lady had put glue on my nails as a top coat. I was so mad!!! But, karma hit her with the quickness because whatever she put on my nails refused to dry so, she had to take it all off, rebuff my nails again and then properly add the right top coat. Oh, and this was done for free. Most of the bruises are healed now, but you can still see signs of it.
