Having my hair braided through this company and the braided who’s name is Benedicte Tshiama has been an extremely bad experience for me for one thing my hair wasn’t braid it right and it’s messed up. I contacted Benedicte, told her that my hair was messed up from her not braiding right , she was supposed to come back to my residence and redo it , but she hasn’t. I have contacted her several times by text messages and by phone calls I asked for a partial refund but she hasn’t given me my money back and keeps making excuses concerning giving my money back. Now I want all my money back because it’s been a big in discouragement and has caused me emotional distress for her to do me this way. I am a Disabled US Army Veteran with mobility problems and with 2 Service Dogs. I went nothing but about above and beyond to make her feel comfortable in my house when she was braiding my hair and the end result she turns out and does me wrong please see text messages and pictures my next step is if she don’t refund my whole money that I paid her I will be taking her to small claims court
