I was a First time client and the Stylist never show up. She later texted to apologize but that didn’t seem too sincere because she didn’t try to reschedule. On the other hand, there’s a stylist there named Shawn that was very accommodating in the situation. She also a great braider so if you need some braids definitely see her. The place seems like a nice environment.

Was very digusted with the unprofessional and ignorant treatment I received today. My stylist worked here for over a year and I visited frequently. However, my stylist recently changed salons and through human error, forgot to inform me. When I arrived at B’s Vanity, I said hello and no one said a word. As if I were the enemy. Everyone knew who I came to see and no one said a word. If you are the business owner, customer service is your job. She didn’t inform me that my stylist recently changed salons. She and everyone else walked by and ignored me. In an empty salon. Not busy at all. Very petty and ignorant behavior for customer service representatives. Leave the bitterness at home. A salon is supposed to be a peaceful place of solace. Grow up or get a job working with kids.
