Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityEasily one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever been too. I lost count how many times I’ve left my house to specifically go to this place to schedule an appointment on their chalk board only to show up and have them be closed at a time their sign says they should be open. I’ve never had a chance to actually get a human on the phone either, which is why I have to leave my house to set up an appointment. Texting is also useless, I sent a text Monday morning to schedule an appointment, it’s Thursday afternoon and still have not been able to successfully schedule it. Easily one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever been too. I lost count how many times I’ve left my house to specifically go to this place to schedule an appointment on their chalk board only to show up and have them be closed at a time their sign says they should be open. Brought my son in to get his hair cut and although she was friendly and did a good job her clippers and scissors were absolutely filthy covered in hair. I told her to clean her scissor before she started chopping his hair more. So dangerous to anyone who could contract staph or MRSA from a dirty barber. I’ve never seen this in my life with a barber. Will not go back just for the lack of hygiene there
