A most unfortunate experience. The color applied to the roots did not match my hair color, and the stylist made my blow dried hair look like I had just gotten out of bed. I was also told by the stylist that the quality of my hair was “bad” when I complained about the quality of cut, color, and styling I received. You never blame the customer for shotty workmanship. I would recommend going elsewhere.
