I have been to this salon several times. The stylists are talented. I had a problem with canceling an appointment. I Called the salon on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for the following Wednesday. Sunday I realized I could not make the appointment on Wednesday but I knew they were closed so didn’t call that day. Monday I replied to the text that they sent to confirm an appointment and told him I could not be there because of work. Then I followed up Tuesday afternoon and left a message on the voicemail so that they would know I could not make my Wednesday appointment. I received a call from Ashley stating that because I did not cancel my appointment “in time “ that I would be charged $25 to schedule an appointment. She said it was their policy. I asked where this policy is written and they said it was in the text that they sent to confirm appointments. I have yet to find the written policy. I won’t be returning to this salon. I made two attempts to cancel Prior to the appointment. It doesn’t make sense.

I would give it any stars if it was possible. Moved to a new town and wanted to give my girlfriend a fresh start and treat her to a salon day. Hair dresser and my girlfriend spoke and discussed what was needed and wanted. She went in with high hope and her hair did look great. But after a few days I noticed her original hair color was coming through the purple. Yup coming through purple. Not sure how that happens on permanent hair dye? We decided to finally message the girl and instead of running a business with honesty and doing the right thing to fix it for free she wants to fix it and still charge us? Lady’s tells us it’s not permanent but a Demi permanent dye? I paid and asked for the permanent so why would you give me the Demi but charge me permanent prices? That’s not what discussed. Fashion color or not. Poor service. I don’t even want to continue to deal with this place. I know so many people in the area looking for new hair dressers and I won’t be recommending this place. Mind you I grew up in a hair salon learning the trade and how to conduct business first hand . Disgraceful. Went to sally beauty to do a quick fix until a quality hair dresser could fix the poorly don’t job and used a Demi-glaze, that’s actually last longer then this salons did. Interesting isn’t it? Don’t waste your money here!

I came in for the first time with hair that was not done correctly by another salon and she made my hair look beautiful again. I walked out 100% in love with my hair. This is my new salon for good and I HIGHLY recommend.

Love love LOVE this salon! First of all, cutest place I’ve ever been to! Great location and view. The ambiance is amazing and it’s super cozy. Rachel and Chelsea are super knowledgeable and are so great at their job. You can tell they know what they’re doing and are working to make sure you love how you look! I only trust them with my hair to this day. If you’re looking for a new salon, go here!!! You won’t be disappointed!!

No streaks or chunks at all!! It’s been 5 months and I haven’t been able to get a retouch because of covid but my hair grew out very nicely and blended. This is the best salon I’ve been to — Chelsea was so kind and detail oriented and gave me a very blended Balayage. I have been to other salons in the area and always left with horrible streaks or orange hair, but my nearly black thick hair was transformed into a gorgeous ashy blonde in one appointment.
