Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter purchased a cut and color through Groupon for my Mother’s Day gift. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to call the stylist directly. I called multiple times and left messages but I never received a return call. Finally I got lucky and Jess answered the phone. I scheduled the appointment but I came down with pneumonia and had to cancel and reschedule. After I recovered I starting calling to schedule an appointment, no one ever returned my calls. My daughter purchased a cut and color through Groupon for my Mother’s Day gift. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to call the stylist directly.
