Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Fran for over 20 years and three generations of my family get our hair cut from Fran (myself, my mom and my daughter). I have now added my dad. I am so impressed with all the precautions they are taking due to COVID. After seeing how clean and safe of an experience it is I took my dad and will continue to take him here. Kudos to the team for doing such a great job with the safety guidelines. I know it must be a lot of work. I have been going to Fran for over 20 years and three generations of my family get our hair cut from Fran (myself, my mom and my daughter). I have now added my dad. I am so impressed with all the precautions they are taking due to COVID. After seeing how clean and safe of an experience it is I took my dad and will continue to take him here. But, over the last year, I’ve asked for some pretty crazy colors and they have always been able to get my hair exactly how I want it. I’ve been coming to this salon since it’s been opened and normally I do just blonde highlights or a balayage. But, over the last year, I’ve asked for some pretty crazy colors and they have always been able to get my hair exactly how I want it. Not only that, but when I was over the crazy colors, they got my hair back to blonde with no issues.
