I always love coming to this salon. It’s decorated beautifully and always clean. You just feel like a star as soon as you walk in. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Nicole is my go to stylist but they are all wonderful. I have never had a bad expierence. Nicole takes the time to listen to what I want and I walk out feeling gorgeous. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out!

My hair is very fine, thin, and straight. It shows any and all flaws in a cut and it’s also difficult to give it movement and proper layers. I went though 6 or 7 hairstylist before discovering Nicole. I walk out feeling Fab every time! Not to mention very reasonably priced!!

Terrible Customer Service. Called this salon before it opened and left my name and number to be called back. Never a returned call. Called back many times trying to get someone to answer the phone. Finally….a human answers the phone. I asked if Nicole, the owner had any available appointments. I was told, “I’m not sure. Let me get your name and number and she will call you back the minute she can.” That was fine. I waited, with no call back. I finally decided, maybe I will just stop by and try and get the appointment. So, I walk in the salon, with the owner barely glancing over her shoulder to look at me. No smile, no hello we will be right with you, nothing! Another employee walks towards me, no smile, no hello can I help you, either. After sitting for a while with no one acknowledging me, I got up and left. Still, no one said a word as I left. Would you like to know when I was called back?? The following day at closing time. The owner then asks, “Were you wanting to make an appointment?” WHAT? Why else would I call??? Please brush up on your customer service. Speak to patrons who walk in your day and answer your phone.
