I drove down all the way from North Carolina just to get my hair done at this establishment. And I will do many more times for many more years. Absolute best customer service from Jennifer and the girls. Couldn’t be happier. From the conversations, coffee, to the precision of the cut and color. Along with a clean and comfortable, kept up with environment suitable for all ages. Would recommend to anyone near and far.

Went to get a whole new look. Cut, a little color, just something fresh. I had a picture that I wanted something similar to and asked that to be used. The woman and agreed and got to work. My hair definitely has a whole new look and I love it. Comfortable atmosphere.

Best salon I have been to in this area! Alexis is amazing and a true perfectionist! I’ve been going here for a few years. They truly care about the customer being 100% satisfied with their results! It was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience! Savannah did a fantastic job on my hair and managed to do my hair exactly how I wanted based on only two photos I showed to her. After much trial and error with other salons in PTC, Brush Beauty Bar is by far the best salon in this area as they have a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I can’t wait to be back 🙂

So clean and fresh smelling! Staff was sweet. JoAnn Sullivan was my stylist and she was amazing and so sweet & hospitable! I came in wanting a major blonde refresh & different cut for my hair and she made it better than I could have asked for and I love it!! Highly recommend this place. Worst customer service. Made an appointment for my daughters 13th bday weeks in advance. I get a call the day before my appointment at 5pm that they were cancelling because stylist had an emergency. That’s cool, emergencies happen, but how bout find an alternative? They told me they had no one else who could do formal hair or makeup. That’s ridiculous, if that’s a service you offer, you only have 1 stylist available for it? They were not trying to be accommodating at all. Rude & unprofessional. Had I booked with an independent artist I take the risk of there being an emergent cancellation, but for a salon…. That’s ridiculous… that’s your business, you provide the service and if you can’t then don’t! As a business owner myself, I couldn’t imagine leaving a client with no option.

What an enjoyable experience I had at this wonderful hair salon!! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The stylist who worked on my hair was awesome!! I’ve honestly struggled to find a decent hairdressing salon that has staff who know how to do it all !! … and well.Because it ain’t cheap to get a colour and cut every 2 months if you have to fight that grey.They are just fabulous here. The Salon is just beautiful too, lovely and clean… great location too !!Alexis has been cutting and colouring my hair and she just amazes me every single time.She listens to what you want or are thinking of and she suggests such and such. She’s just an artist !I saw her this past Saturday. I was doing my hair this morning (Thursday) before going to work … I was just so chuffed at how beautiful it looked and the cut was just what I wanted .. best looking hair I’ve had in many many years!! Joann is the hair magician! I ask for something and she makes it happen but she also isn’t afraid to say no if it’s what’s best for your hair! She’s taken my hair from brown/blonde balayage to burgundy to blonde and my hair is still silky soft. The salon is nice and all the other stylists seem nice, too!
