Same problem as Arianna, uneven nail shape and cuticles weren’t attended to. Called to try and voice my displeasure, but gentleman raised his voice telling me this is how they do nails, and to come back in to fix. Poor quality work and poor customer service. Won’t be back.

Nice staff and environment, but quality of work was not there. I would go somewhere else if you want a good manicure. The nail shapes aren’t even and don’t match each other (for the pedicure also) and the polish had some chunks in it which made the paint job blotchy (which she just kept going with it without mentioning it or trying to fix it) Not to mention I got TWO cuts on my cuticles. It just shows that they don’t take their time to do a good job.

New client. Gel manicure was okay. Tech didn’t ask about shape or length. I felt like she was rushing to make a time quota (I get that), but no cuticle softener was used. I didn’t go wash my hands before painting, no lotion, no cuticle oil. It was in, clip, file, paint and see ya. $37 Manicure
