Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming here on and off for a few years and the customer service hasn’t been too good lately. I went there last week and waited my turn right outside the door where the employees could all see me. I saw that they were doing lash extensions which may take some time. I stood there for a good 10 minutes and not once did either girls look up at me to let me know how long the wait would be. One of them even came up right to me to her cash register with her head bent down as if I didn’t exist. I had to yell out and ask how long the wait would be. Another issue is that their whole $40 for $50 gift card is a rip off. You actually don’t save $10 in the end. Every time I wanted to use my gift card, I was told the services would be more money because I’m using a prepaid gift card. Doesn’t make any sense at all. But hey, there’s tons of other brow threading salons around. I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years and the customer service hasn’t been too good lately. I went there last week and waited my turn right outside the door where the employees could all see me. I saw that they were doing lash extensions which may take some time. I’ll find a new place that values me.An appointment that you confirmed is not preferred treatment. If you don’t honor them then why have them? And worse, you treated me rudely. I’ve been a longtime customer. I made an appointment on their website. As I stood waiting while she took walk in after walk in I was told that I shouldn’t have bothered to make an appointment. I was treated so rudely I walked out. I’ll find a new place that values me.

Made an appointment and went there today and the girl working confronted me about my review saying that she got in trouble because she said that I claimed that I did not receive an apology In my review … if you read below I didn’t mention anything about them not apologizing. I explained that I was mad that they got there late to open the business when they had an appointment scheduled. I understand people lose keys and that’s not what I was mad about. I was mad that they got there late to open the business with an appointment scheduled and then didn’t have the key. Now I’m even more angry because the girl confronted me about my review and said that people lose keys and that I got her in trouble. I explained that I understand that things happen but it was not acceptable to arrive late to open a business and then not have the keys! I will never ever be back to this place!! Extremely unprofessional!!!!Made 10am appointment at which time the salon was supposed to open. Was there at 9:55 and it was still closed. Waited and finally at 10:05 the staff arrived and were not only late but lost the key and were unable to open. Waited 20 minutes and still not able to open.
