buyer beware! i typically come to this location, and eight times out of ten they do a good job threading/cleaning me and my families eyebrows. However, the last two times they have ripped chunks of my mothers eyebrow hair. my mother, having difficulty understanding English, felt a more intense pull on the top part of her eyebrow, too embarrassed to say anything her eyes met the panicked woman who then called another who seemed to have been telling her what to do to fix the bald spot. instead of informing my mother about the bald spot, she tried to comb it over like nothing had happened. it was not until after the transaction that we had noticed the bunch of hairs missing from the spot where my mother had mentioned the threader tugged from. im not saying don’t get your eyebrows done here, just be weary with the service you may receive from the threaders.

I just left there today (12/06/2022) from getting my eyebrows threaded, and I did not get the name of the lady, but I do know she is an older lady and was dressed in all black with pink lipstick. she completely destroyed my eyebrows and left a gaping hole in the middle of my brow. And not only that, but my brows still weren’t as thin as I would’ve liked them to be, and she left one looking longer than the other. When I asked her about it, she tried to say to fill it in with a black pencil to cover the hole. She knows what she did was highly unacceptable and not okay at all. I will never step foot in this place again or spend a penny more. Watch who does your eyebrows.

I have finally found my Brow lady! After searching near & far in DFW, I was referred to Browz Around and will go no where else! My brows have seen some tough times and are naturally 2 different shapes. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and Leena does SUCH an amazing job by ensuring they’re perfect before I leave her chair. Not only are they matching, the perfect color with the right tint, but I also feel fabulous because of her! Her attention to detail and time spent on my brows leaves me with nothing but confidence! Please don’t bring your business here. The owner is not professional. They stole money off of my card and it resulted in me having to cancel my card and dispute all the transactions. After I used my card at the location in Denton inside the mall. I start getting all kinds of strange transactions. From grocery stores etc that I wasn’t near at the time of purchase. This is worst experience I’ve had in my entire life. It was also my daughters graduation. I took her to get individual lashes tint and threading. I had to put my card on file. And I knew it sounded iffy. No one is certified in the lashes, tint and threading but owner. She was literally teaching them how to do all these things as I sat there and watched I knew I should stopped them and told them NO this quality of service doesn’t meet my standards. The very next day my daughters lashes were falling off. The tint wasn’t on any longer. I told her that she deserved a refund! She had to go to her graduation with missing lashes and tint that wasn’t tinting smdh. When I mention this to owner she quickly became loud and aggressive. She demanded that my daughter come back spend more money to get all of this done again at half price. I was outraged! I told her we will never spend money there again! And stop making the suggestions that work in her favor. She threaten me cursed me out!! I never been treated so badly at a business ever! She really doesn’t care about her customers. She yelled at me until I decided to take the high road and dispute the charges. And not ever return again with my business. I would never send anyone I know. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. This was sad situation!! I thought these were honest business people that were certified and knew what they were doing!!! Im so upset she had the worst graduation because lashes were falling out and tint was not on anymore her pictures turned out horrible!!! You could still see light tint marks!!! Horrible to describe my experience here in one word!!! Don’t come here there is a seva in Lewisville inside Walmart that is professional and the best!! I shouldve drove 20 more minutes up the highway to get the superior service I require!!!
