Critical: QualityI wish I knew the name of the lady I usually go to because she is good. But I went to get a cleanup for Fourth of July. The lady left we waiting on the seat while she talked on the phone, which would’ve been okay if my eyebrows came out good. This is what they looked like after I came out. I usually go to this place to get my eyebrows done, but unfortunately won’t be coming here any longer. The women doing my eyebrows was on the phone the whole time. It was definitely unprofessional and rude. I’ll move on to another place. Eyebrow threading

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueJust got my eyebrows threaded here. I’ve been here before but it’s been a while as I don’t live as close anymore. 1st thing that struck me was the cleanliness. The waiting area seats are pretty dirty and worn they either need to be replaced or cleaned. 2nd was that it is very unhygienic. The woman doing my eyebrows finished with a customer and immediately had me sit down. She didn’t wash her hands, didn’t wear gloves, and definitely didn’t wipe down the chair or any of her tools (eyebrow brush and scissors) it really grossed me out. Lastly I do like the way my eyebrows turned out however on my right eye she cut me a few times. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and I’ve never been cut so much! She got me 3 times on the one eye. I’ve been cut before but much smaller and never more than once! I won’t be going back there. The unsanitary practices alone are enough to keep me away.Just got my eyebrows threaded here. I don’t usually go to a place that I know nothing about but I got pretty desperate since my spot is still closed and I didn’t want my brows grown out for the holiday but that was a huge mistake. I asked specifically for a high arch and that my brows not be made thin. Well I got a really thin brow and a medium size one. WORST BROWS OF MY LIFE!! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I grew out my eyebrows for a few months due to Covid-19 closures at my regular spot. I don’t usually go to a place that I know nothing about but I got pretty desperate since my spot is still closed and I didn’t want my brows grown out for the holiday but that was a huge mistake. Will not be back here everything looked pretty dirty and she seemed unprofessional to me. I don’t know why I went along with it. (Anxiety I guess) Also my brows turned out way too narrow.

i just got them done about 8 mins ago….i wish i listened to the reviews. they didn’t even try and find the shape of your brows which is what you’re supposed to do (ask them to do so and if they don’t then please leave). this indian woman did my brows and they are VERY uneven (my left brow is higher than my right), they are noticeably different shapes, and it’s way too thin for my brows…this was my first time getting them threaded and it hurt a lot. 100% regret this and would personally never go here. if i could rate it a 0 i would, however they get them done quick which may be why the brows are so bad. PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS

My daughter and her friends went to get hennas. They told them the color was going to be dark brown, but they ended up yellow and they didn’t come out well because they are people of color. Their hands were recorded without permission, and they were talking in the backround. They are only about 14 and 15 years old(not even adults). For some reason they wouldn’t do some of the girls’ hennas that they wanted.
