I had my eyebrows done and a lash lift. I too hesitated to write this review because I know how important it is for a business to have reviews. The more I think of it, and finally reading others reviews, I realize I’m not the only one. I thought my eyebrows were nice but i did not have a great experience with my eye lashes. They were way too curled and looked smashed and uneven. The worst part was that I have naturally long lashed and they curled back on themselves. I let her know right away that I thought they didn’t look right. She promised that they would “relax” on their own and that if they didn’t after some time to reach out. Over a week later (almost 2) I messaged her and told her I was not happy. I couldn’t even put mascara on them. I tried to brush them out and relax them myself and nothing was working. When she finally messaged me back she let me know I can come back in so she can fix them. After she removed the whole lift by applying relaxer solution she wanted to charge me for a full lash lift again. I was trying to be polite and understood that she still had to take time to fix them but I told her it was unfair that it was her mistake and she’s supposed to be the professional. She gave me a 15% discount at the end of it. Due to how she handled this I won’t be going back. She should be backing her work and making sure clients are happy with the result. She could have kept me as a long term client but because of how she went about it, she lost me as a client. Hope this doesn’t happen to more people

She is so friendly and kind and makes you feel so beautiful. I have super curly brows so I always worry that people will take too much or too little off, but Dom always gets the perfect!

Really wanting to give 5 stars -Dominique is great at eyebrows unfortunately I don’t think the work makes up for the lack of professionalism with her clients. My apt was cancelled and never rescheduled per her telling me she would get back to me and I was more than flexible and willing to accommodate being that I’m also a service provider so I get it. Don’t understand how you can retain clientele when you pick and choose who you want to take care of.

I dom is the best eyebrow artists I’ve ever went to her now that I’ve moved I still drive and hour maybe more just to get them done by her. Doms work is amazing she always makes sure everyones brows look amazing. I had a great connection with her she is so passionate and makes sure the job is done exactly the way I want 🙂 i absolutely reccomend her anyday. I’ve even reccomended friends and they started going to her as well!!
