I had wax left all over my face. I asked for lip and brow. She waxed out to my cheek then went to my chin. Why?? When she was doing my brows she got wax all in them then pulled with the grain instead of against. She waxed my brows with globs of wax instead of a straight pull and got it in my eyelashes.

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years. Yesterday was my first bad experience. One of the workers threaded a spot in my eyebrow then tried to cover it up by brushing my eyebrow up. It bothers me so much that she wasn’t remorseful about the situation. She still made me pay for the service and she didn’t even say she was sorry. She made the situation as if it was my eyebrow. I haven’t been here in months because it’s always hard to catch the owner or the older workers. Every time I try to go in I always turn around because it’s always someone new working. I think after yesterday it will be a while before I return back to this location.

Horrible experience!!! Came in to get my eyebrows threaded and I clearly told her to keep them thick. She proceeds to thread them and when I get the mirror to look at them they were extremely thin. I even looked like a new person since I naturally have thick eyebrows and she had done them so thin. I had to rush home and draw them on with a brow pencil.

NEVER EVER EVER going back. Did a horrible job whoever worked June 6, 2022 at 6:27pm. The lady messed my eyebrows UP. They are off they are all gone and all I can do now is cry!!!!! I walked in with thick eyebrows and walking out with thin eyebrows. NEVER EVER GOING BACK EVER. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU GUYS OVER THIS! I TOLDD HER TO KEEO THEM THICK!! NOBODY WANTS THIB EYEBROWS!!
