I got a leg and underarm wax. The sheets where she waxed my legs looked dirty. The woman working was polite. She used some sort of wax wand on my legs that DID NOT remove my leg hair at the root! It’s as if I have short stubble all over my legs. They were left irritated with bits of wax still in when i got home. She also completely missed a couple spots. The underarm wax was fine, except I’m pretty sure she uses the same application stick on everyone since it was just sitting there when I arrived and she put it back in when I left. Questionable sanitation wise. I can’t recommend them for waxing, but maybe their other services are better.

They do a good job here, I’m a normal customer. However today the lady doing my eyebrows commented on me having “lots of acne”, which made me very uncomfortable and is just a very unprofessional thing to say to a client. She has no place in observing my appearance other than what I came there for.

I went there to get a full leg waxing, person there was nice and all but she didn’t do a good waxing job at all. She left my legs like a week after shave, cause she didn’t take out the hair but she “trimmed it” instead. I didn’t realize at the moment, cause it was almost 7 and was her last costumer, but when I got home I checked and I didn’t like it, so I went the next day to tell her about it and she said she couldn’t take the hair out cause my hair was too short, which wasn’t true, she finally offered to do it again that day but my hair was too short now to try again and it was just gonna hurt! she insisted that my hair was too short when she waxed my legs but I mean, I hadn’t shave since winter started! Lol but seriously, it wasn’t short at all, but she insisted so. After any waxing job you should feel your skin really smooth but this wasn’t the case! Now I will have to shave cause there are parts that are uneven! I really didn’t like this place and I wouldn’t recommend it at all, at least for leg waxing! Baaaad! I took some pictures but the pictures don’t really make it justice. I didn’t like it at all!

Kapi did a fabulous Job. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now and tested out many places, she is the first person to perfectly shape my eyebrows and I wasn’t even in pain.
