Treya is very professional and friendly. She made sure to answer any questions that I had about the process and aftercare. During both appointments I felt very comfortable with her. Her office is clean and welcoming. She listened to my concerns and how I wanted my brows to be. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I was terrified that it was going to be painful but it wasn’t and she did an amazing job. Eyebrows are one of a person’s most prominent facial features so naturally I was nervous. It’s a commitment, right? Treya put me at ease by discussing what I liked and didn’t like about my current shape. I had bald spots from years of over plucking and waxing so it would always require extra time to fill them in when putting on makeup.Treya then showed me the different color options and we matched the color that looked most natural to my root hair tone and existing eyebrow shade. She then used this really interesting method to map out the symmetry of my eyebrows. Unfortunately, my eyebrows are uneven so this really helped to create the symmetry I was looking for. Treya used a generous amount of numbing cream…it didn’t hurt at all, which was a relief. The process took a couple of hours and she took time to show me what she was doing and checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The result was stunning and the strokes are very natural.Please know that the initial result is much darker when healing. Don’t freak out! The final result takes about two weeks and you may be stressed about how dark they look initially. Trust me, it will fade into a softer look so be patient.I highly recommend Brows by Treya if you’re looking for a professional, natural, beautiful look for your eyebrows. Treya knows what’s she’s doing but beyond that, she also understands the art and skill behind creating beautiful eyebrows that match your features well.
