I am so glad I took a chance on Regla! I read the reviews and decided my eyebrows could not get any worse so why not try a new place. My eyebrows were uneven, bushy, had no shape whatsoever and not only did Regla make them come back to life but she walked me through every step of the way. I was a little hesitant that this was inside of a publix but I do not care any longer. She has made yet another loyal customer and I can’t wait to continue coming to see her.
