Niki was amazing. I was very hesitant doing something that was semi-permanent. She took her time and walked me through the whole process. She was very patient and answering all my questions. My husband who is a perfectionist, loves them! I drove almost an hour to get there and it was well worth the time and the effort. I highly recommend her.

I chose to get my brows microbladed by Niki due to her Phi eyebrow microblade training. Their program is the most detailed at mapping the brows prior to the procedure. After all, you are basically getting a tattoo on your face so it better look great, right? Niki was very sweet and professional. Her studio was spotless. I just got my 4 week touch-up and my brows look great. She’s on groupon but if you book through that, the vendor only gets 50% so I mentioned the Groupon and she honored that price. Highly recommend her!

Nikki did my eyebrows about a year ago. I was satisfied with her work. At that time, she said that I’d probably need a touch up in a year. Fast forward to February 2022. I sent her a text a couple of weeks ago – no response. She ghosted me. You can’t run a business and not respond to your customers. Totally unprofessional – at least say I’m busy and I’ll get back to you by XYZ date. It’s time for me to move on. I’m not putting up with these shenanigans. I’m not running after you to give you my money.
