I stopped coming here after covid but had been letting my brows grow out after getting them done during a trip & thought “I’ll spend a little extra, those girls did a good job before let me give them another try” since I liked going here in the past. I tried someone new that wasn’t Lucy to give it a try and see how it went…. She didn’t do a “bad job” it was just more a messy job with the tint, the thread shaping was ok.. but definitely not tint. She put too much in some areas and not enough in others that it made it look like I don’t know how to fill in my brows. I get this service every time and have in the past but it just didn’t meet my expectation. The place I usually go too, makes them evenly tinted with no patches. I recommend the threading WITH CAUTION but price wise and quality not so much. Can definitely get better quality for quantity. (Don’t cheat on your brow lady!!)

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I drive 45 minutes to get my eyebrows threaded by Lucy and she does an amazing job every time! If eyebrows are supposed to be sisters, mine are distant cousins. She somehow is able to shape them to make them look even and fuller. Lucy has always been friendly towards me and I have always felt welcome in her salon. I could not recommend her enough!!

Lucy is awesome and extremely talented! Just had my follow up appointment for my touch up on my EYEBROWS and I love them so much! Totally worth it!!! Can’t wait to see my end result once these babies heal!!!

I don’t write reviews much, but this was the worst experience. I am so hurt and disappointed. I understand people value their time, but I do too. I choose to drive 50+ minutes to get my eyebrows threaded. I really wanted to love this place and support their business. Today, I drove from Plainfield all the way to Berwyn to get my eyebrows threaded by what I thought was the ‘best of the best’. I had a great first experience! My appointment was at 3:40 and I arrived at 3:48, stressed with trying to find parking but excited to get my brows done. I walk in and Sierra tells me that I was late and was charged a $20.00 no show fee (which was a lie, $50.00 was charged) and already has a client. I will no longer be promoting or recommending this place.

All I have to say is 5 stars are not enough! I took Lucy’s and Erin’s microblading and ombré powder brows class and I loved it! Lucy was very detailed with how she explained things and made sure we all new what we were doing! The class size was perfect! I don’t like taking a class with only one instructor and like 10 girls because I feel like you can’t really learn that way. She watched over me while I did my models brows and stepped in when I needed help. Needless to say, my models brows came out really good and thanks to her help! I’m so happy to haven taken this class and look forward to starting my brow journey!

I got my eyebrows done by Erika and sadly she threaded a lot of the tail of my eyebrow off. I’m sad. Won’t be returning. Both of my eyebrows are un even i regret coming here my eyebrows were so nice and grown out beware don’t come here!!!!

Fantastic microblading/ombré training with Lucy and Erin! Lucy was very thorough and provided excellent one one one training when it was my turn on the model. I learned so much and my brows were PERFECT. She runs a tight ship. The girl is a BOSS. Microblading
