Please note that Google will take you to the wrong address and I could not find her location in the plaza (new client). By the time she responded to my messaging I was 6 min late and she asked to reschedule because if I couldn’t get there soon as I had violated her 5 min grace period. it was obvious she was running late and using my issue as an excuse to get caught up. She would not even answer the door or a call as I was standing in the hallway to let me know she would not see me. Would only text from inside the room. Maybe she does great brows but her customer service appears very poor and immature.
