Had a great first facial experience with Jenny! She gave the option of either a step by step explanation throughout the facial or just a silent facial. She explained every step well and the room was quiet and relaxing! The steps included steaming, cleansing, extractions/exfoliation and a hydro jelly mask with a massage. Jenny is super considerate and checks in to make sure the steam isn’t going up your nose / the topicals don’t sting or burn.

Let me just say, Chenny is the best and the sweetest! First time ever doing anything to my brows, so it was so nerve racking. Chenny made me feel comfortable, and she is beyond knowledgeable! She literally walked me through everything step by step and not only that but as she was doing things she’d update me on what she was doing to me! Service is great, she did amazing with my brows and slayed them! Jenny is an amazing person and brow queen. She helped me significantly lighten my old tattoos with the saline treatment. Scheduling appointments with her was always super simple because I could text her or check her calendar on her site. She was super professional and walked me through the entire process before and during the actual lightening. She let me know exactly what to expect in terms of pain, aftercare, scabbing, etc. so I never felt surprised. I loved my experience going to Jenny for the lightening and getting to talk to her while she worked on my brows. She is so funny and sweet and I can’t wait to see her soon for another treatment.

The best training I ever had!! Jenny is so informative and supportive, I had an amazing experience and definitely recommend taking her henna brows training. She walks you through step by step and provides you with a whole detailed pamphlet of information and a huge kit to get started right away. I would 1000% recommend taking her course even if you’re new to brow mapping. Jenny is so patient and sweet, I loved hearing her journey into the esthetics field.
