Blanca is VERY professional. Her place is beautiful and looks like one of the fancy downtown boutiques. She was able to squeeze me in to her already packed schedule. And not only was she accommodating, she did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. She shaped BOTH of them perfectly. I loved it so much i bought more services right and then. I LOVE my eyebrows. She def knows what she’s doing when it comes to eyebrows.

Could never get in contact with her for an appt. Decided to walk in. My first set was great, beautiful work. She’s very nice. Couldn’t get in contact to setup an appt for my filing. When she finally answered, I was due and she told me to come in. When I got there she was doing eyebrows and took forever. I waited patiently, no problem. Then she did my filling in a rush because she had a party to get to. A babyshower, if I remember clearly. 1 of my nails popped off the next day, then a 2nd one 2 days later and it took several days to hear back from her about fixing them. Only for her to tell me I’d have to wait till the following week. I had to pay another $15 dollars somewhere else, just 2 days later to replace the 2 nails and re-polish because they didn’t have the same polish.

Blanca is literally the best when it comes to shaping eyebrows. First time I went to her was 2 years ago and my eyebrows were fully grown in; she gave them life. Definitely recommend.
