I don’t even know where to start. I bought groupons. I have never been more disappointed in a salon service in. My. Life my appointment was at noon, the tech didn’t show up and I finally got my services started at 1245 by a different tech once they were caught up serving the walk in customers. I had my eyebrows microbladed and microneedled today by Kali. She was really through and knowledgeable. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied with her mapping and check with me several times through the service. She made sure I was comfortable and applied more numbing cream as needed. She explained aftercare in detail. I love the shape and I know I will love them even more after they heal. I would 100% recommend Kali at Brows and Beyond.

I got a Groupon for lash extensions. They looked fine at first but then after the first day, one of my eyes was extremely irritated from the glue. That lasted for three days and made me look like I had pinkeye. Now I’m in week two and there’s so much glue that every time one of the fake lashes falls off it’s pulling my own real lashes off. I’ve done lash extensions before but never had this happen and would recommend going somewhere else.

I get lashes and they are always excellent! They do an excellent job! I lost my lashes due to Alopecia. The lashes add a polished look. They last one to two weeks and sometimes longer based on how you care for them. The owner and staff are always kind and professional.

I was in the area having dinner with my fam for Mother’s Day before heading out to a retreat for the weekend. I ran in to get my eyebrows threaded. They were quick! When I got to the car in natural lighting I noticed a ton of hair on my lid never removed and my eyelid was cut from the threading. To the point it actually scabbed to heal. I would never go back to this place for any services!
