Atho she was friendly, environment clean, the facial was the worst. Everyone knows u don’t pull downward on the skin. My face burned with every application and when wrapping the face with the towel she pulled down very hard under the eye area which was covered in granular like a scrub. I have 3 moles under my eyes which were completely ripped off after the session. The steam application only reaches one side of ur face and the overall facial was rough!
