Found a deal on Groupon and tried Lip Flip with Luis. He said I wouldn’t notice results with one session so I bought multiple sessions like he suggested. 3 additional sessions to be exact. He charged my card then texted me a receipt. Fine print at the very bottom of the receipt says all purchases expire in only 3 months. He didn’t ever mention this which is bad practice. Luis told me and I’ve read that lip flip is to be done every 4-6 weeks. Well, if I went every 6 weeks my sessions would have expired by then. Also, his availability is slim which makes it impossible to get an appointment or change an appointment if needed. That makes no sense! Lost $200. The 2 sessions I did yielded no result and I think it actually left some scars. All around would not recommend. He sends you a text that if you are even 1 minute late he will reschedule your appointment and charge you. 1 minute? Really? I had to miss a session for an emergency and he made no exceptions to his policy. No customer service skills at all. I don’t know why I even tipped him for my first two services. The table was always dirty like he didn’t clean it after clients which is gross. Building does not have a public restroom. All around this was a disaster. I do not recommend.

Very unprofessional from the beginning! Would not allow anyone in there. When asked if we could look at the drawings before the actual micro blading, he replied with a resounding no. He said he would not be able to get the door because he would have gloves on!! When I stated that this was a permanent procedure and we wanted to see it before it was finished, he refused. He has 192 (5 star) reviews on Groupon!!!! , but 5 reviews on Google with a 2.6!!!! There is something “fishy “ going on here!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO ANYONE!!!!!

I did microblading . He didn’t want to take the time to hear what I wanted. I’m not kidding! I was there for a touch up that took like 5 min bc he was rushing. He makes each appt back to back (too many of them) so at the end if he’s running out of time & he will try to kick you out as soon as possible. I was trying to explain there were some white spots that needed correction and he won’t listen saying “you already have some in there” I got tired of explaining myself bc I knew he just wanted me out of there even though I paid $175 for touch up. ” Never again” I rather go somewhere else where I ll pay more for a more professional job.

Luis did an incredible job on my brows. Yes, the address is basically a room in an office building. When I walked in I recognized him from several years ago when he used to do my lashes. Nonetheless, I was so extremely pleased with what he did. Some people just like to bash people for whatever reason. At the end of the day, I was ecstatic about my brows!

This POS cancels a service if you are ONE minute late and has the nerve to charge you $50 to reschedule. Listen to me: DO NOT GO HERE. There is a special place in HELL for people who do business like this. Doesn’t even deserve the one sad star, should be negative 100.
