Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityStephanie does a really good job so I want to like this place, but I have had terrible experiences 2 out the 3 times I have ATTEMPTED to get my hair done here. I drove a long way out here to have my hair done by her and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. There are multiple addresses found for this business and I drove to all of them thinking maybe I had the wrong address. Stephanie does a really good job so I want to like this place, but I have had terrible experiences 2 out the 3 times I have ATTEMPTED to get my hair done here. I drove a long way out here to have my hair done by her and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. My experience at brownstone was the best !!!!!!! Stephanie recommended the Raw hair that was the best choice I’ve ever made when it came to purchasing bundles of hair. I wish I would’ve known about this much sooner. This hair is soft the texture is great the bundles are thick there’s no tangling there’s no shedding. I love this hair!!!!!! I waited a couple days to do this review because I wanted to see if the hair would change would it tangle there’s no problem with this hair. I will definitely be returning to Stephanie for the installation. I know this hair will last a very long time. I’m soooooo happy with my hair the installation is great I look beautiful thanks Stephanie

I’ve been coming here for years but as of recently I’ve had a not so pleasant experience. She has a new system I believe. Well I gave her a deposit and set an appointment only to come from a hour away only to not get my hair done and no one to answer my calls and basically never got my deposit back either. Never even got any sort of explanation. All in all I have to just be out a deposit, wasted gas and never got an answer totally unacceptable after years of great experiences. I even thought maybe there was an emergency giving her the benefit of doubt. But it’s been a month now so I’ll just chalk this up and will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been meaning to write this review but kept forgetting. I have to give credit where it is due, Stephanie is absent amazing & is DEFINITELY the WEAVE MASTER, her skills are unmatched & her knowledge of hair is refreshing. I bought some raw hair bundles from her, I had custom colored & installed twice. This hair is out of the world, not once did it get tangled or shed. I’ve never bought bundles like this before, I’ve never ever taken out my extensions & wanted to put them back in before. If you don’t have this type of bundles ho get you some from Brownstones Hair.
