I used to go to the Studio but over the years they’ve kind of fallen back in terms of quality vs. cost. Emily here at Brown and Co took SUCH good care of me and asked all the right questions about what I wanted. She worked so diligently on my highlights/color and it turned out fantastic! Expect to pay for the quality you get here, but it is well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Made an appointment for my daughter and I. Appointment was made easily the service over the phone was great. My daughter went first for a wash, cut and her hair turned out beautifully. I was up next and in the end, less pleased with my cut. I had grown my hair out longer and wanted it to stay at my shoulders with layering and some face framing. Ultimately the cut is at my chin which is too short. Service was friendly, timely and fair in price. But I’m back to waiting for my length to grow out.

I got a haircut at this location today with Maggie! She was very friendly and gave me a lot of options. I felt very involved in the entire process, which isn’t always the case with some stylists. She did an amazing job with my hair and I will definitely be coming back for all my hair needs! The whole ambiance of the salon is homey and the staff is all welcoming and friendly!

I booked an appointment with Maggie, and as soon as I arrived she listened to me about my hair concerns, she answered all my questions, and she made me feel super comfortable. I went there on Wednesday wanting to get my hair colored a dark red and ended up looking like Ariel from the little mermaid which was not what I had in mind. I tried to convince myself to love it but yesterday I just couldn’t take it anymore. I gave them a call and spoke to Ann the owner of the salon. She understood my situation and told me to come in the very next day and to send her a picture of what I was going for. The next day comes and she quickly starts working on my hair. She took her time and made sure to make my hair look as close to the picture that I had shown her. Ann did a lovely job and I’m so in love with my hair! She even trimmed it a bit and gave me a complementary shampoo and conditioner. I really appreciate that she went out of her way to make sure that my hair looked how I wanted. Thank you Ann! I highly recommend this salon! Lovely people!
