I have always gone here to get my eyebrows threaded, I was very pleased the first time they threaded my brows the shape was perfect. I wanted to try something new and booked a lash lift. They did an amazing job very professional, nice and gentle. Did not take too long and really liked how my lashes looked afterwards. I will be coming back very satisfied!

I got my eyebrows threaded here at brow wow studio inside the building, from a stylist name Urja. and ended up with a allergic reaction. Urja does not sanitize her hands or anything. She rushes the process I was ony in there for about 5 minutes and I was the last one there so there was no need to rush. I still have little hairs that needed to be taken off. And my skin is burning and I have bumps on the top of my eyebrows. So thank you very much I will not be returning

I went to brow wow studio today for eyebrow, face threading and waxing. Stylist named urja and her staff is always welcoming. She did my my eye brows so nicely and perfect shape that I wanted. Also, she did waxing very safely and made sure that all the extra hairs are removed from my hands and I am feeling really nice after waxing as my skin became so smooth.

I’ve been coming to get my eyebrows threaded here for a year now and have never had a bad experience. I am now a regular. My eyebrows always look amazing and the staff is friendly, professional and great at what they do. I recently tried the facial with banu and she was very knowledgeable and gentle. The whole experience was very positive. I plan to try the lashes next. 10/10 would recommend

Rosie did an amazing job threading my eyebrows! That was my first time getting them done, I usually get waxed but wax leaves me red bumps and itchy so a friend suggested threading. It was super quick and just a few pinches. They look super sharp which I love and perfectly shapen! I will definitely be coming here from now on when I need my brows done.

Rosie and Bhanu are great for threading. The girl who does the lashes – do not let her do your eyebrows!! She took off so much of my eyebrow and it took months to grow back! I only return when the other women are working. I don’t like how she plugs her eyelashes and makeup every time I’m there even when I’m in the chair with Bhanu or Rosie. I get making money and advocating services, but I’m only there for my eyebrows.

This is the eyebrow place to go to. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now. And even though I moved to Frederick I still come here to do my eyebrows because the hours work for me, the price is good, and it’s quick. They always look clean and they shape it just right.

This is a very unprofessional disgusting practice and should be shut down. I am shocked by the treatment I received here. It is my first time here and Urja and her 12 year old daughter destroyed my impression. I have been to numerous eyebrow threading places in MD and VA and have never felt so disgusted. If I could give zero star rating I would. I was rushed in then Urja asked me if it was okay for her 12 year old daughter to do my brows who is in training. The whole time the 12 year old kept having the thread broken again and again then Urja pressed down on my eyes with her dirty unwashed hands (thank you very much now I have to put eye drops since I may get an infection). Ha ha a team up one presses directly on my eyes while 12 year old does threading. Never seen such before. She kept instructing the whole time like I’m some kind of puppet in trainee. I shouldn’t have to pay professional service money to get experimented by her 12 year old daughter. Take your daughter to a professional eyebrow threading school. Shocked by this whole experience and angered. She has the gut to ask me at the end to please leave a good review. The answer is NO leaving a honest review so other customers do not become your toy puppet and mistreated!!!!! Please wash your hands and keep your 12 year old home. Thank you very much
