I had a terrible customer experience at this location. I was running late for my appointment because there was an accident on my way there. I called in advance to let them know I was running late. They proceeded to tell me that they could only do one eyebrow due to the time and that after three appointments she could do my other eyebrow. I told her it was fine but when I got to the location, I couldn’t find it. I called to ask for help on where the location is but the lady was beyond unhelpful. She didn’t even try to help me find the place and at this point I only had 7 minutes left in my booking. I cancelled the appointment due to time but she proceeded to still charge me 50% of the booking since I was a “no show,” even though I was at the correct address and she didn’t even bother to help me find the place.

I found out about Brow Wizard from searching Instagram for salons that provide semi-permanent eyebrow services. I initially had a microblading done from another salon 2 years ago that I did NOT like. This place is 100% worth the price, and if there’s a sale on anything brow related then PLEASE SNATCH IT. Everyone at this location is very friendly and is more than happy to answer questions for you. When I first went in for a consultation with Maitê, I was worried with what she might be able to do for me to coverup my previous work. She was very nice and helpful, we decided on Ombré powder brows and I am so happy! She corrected the color I had and gave me a great shape to my brows. I used to be so insecure about my eyebrows about how mismatched they naturally are and that botched micro blading on top of that, but Maitê did wonders! I’ve already gotten my first touch up and I will continue to visit Maitê for a long time. These are my brows one week after my first touchup.
