Came for my eyebrows and first she was very rude, she didn’t take her time at all with my brows. I asked for a clean up and she didn’t even try to shape or clean my brows. I showed her there was still hair under my brow and asked her to clean it up. she grabbed the scissors & cut my actual brow and made it thin. Eyebrow threading

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just left Brow Vixen. Every time I go in there’s a different lady but they do well. Today I went and the lady makes fun of my hair because I came from the gym and it’s everywhere. Then she continues you to tell me how uneven my eyebrows are like I don’t know. Then Asked just for them to be shaped up and she basically took off the tail of my eyebrows. When I went to pay I paid with card it prompted to tip 0 or other. I was already planning to tip but before I could even press anything the lady is telling me to to press other like I’m obligated to tip her after she was rude to me. This happened around 1:15 on May 27.I just left Brow Vixen. Every time I go in there’s a different lady but they do well.
