Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo im new to the area, today would of been my second time here, but this was my last. So I go up, walk in like I did my first visit. Kesha was already servicing a pregnant lady, and one lady was waiting in chair. Kesha stated can I stand outside bc the lady is pregnant. I said sure bc being respectful to the pregnant lady germs and sort, not bc of Covid,but I understand. However the lady who was waiting stated, ill wait outside and she (me can come in) since I was getting services. Then kesha stated its state board rule only 1person needs to be in, no waiting in lobby…ppl need to wait in car until called on. I told her ill just wait outside. So the pregnant lady leaves and the other lady too….then a 4th person comes from the back and greets me, asking me to sign in. I told the lady I don’t have an appt, im a walk in, then the lady turns to kesha …kesha states we only doing appts….i told her never mind. Im good….So I go outside, there is no sign up stating appts only.. i would not be coming back, poor professionalism, the reasons to not provide service to me, were just lies. So im new to the area, today would of been my second time here, but this was my last. So I go up, walk in like I did my first visit.
