I absolutely loved my service ! This was my first time coming. I called right before Reena was leaving out to get an eyebrow threading and she waited for me and I’m happy she did ! My eyebrows came out perfect. She gave me excellent service by being patient and making me feel comfortable, since my eyebrows are thinner I get nervous about going to new people. Then I received a deluxe facial from Dipa and it was amazing and very relaxing! I will definitely be returning.

Been getting serviced by Reena only for months. Came one day and she wasn’t there. Allowed a young lady to thread my brows. It’s only been 3 weeks since my last visit so only a cleanup was needed. I specified w her that I don’t want her altering my shape, I don’t want her going into my natural arch all I want her to do is clean up the new growth that’s around my eyebrows she said OK you can tell by the way she was doing my eyebrows that she was what I would like to call practicing. I wasn’t confident in what she was doing when she finish she passed me the mirror and my fears were true… My eyebrows were completely hacked they did not match she messed up my shape dug into my natural shape and did the complete opposite of what I asked her to do. The other lady that was there apologized and said she was going to fix my eyebrows, but she didn’t do much better. See you understand how bad she messed up my eyebrows so she didn’t charge me for the service however I still pay for other services that day. I kindly told the representative that if you don’t know what you’re doing you shouldn’t be practicing on people this is my face You can’t erase and start over so I totally did not appreciate the treatment. I’ve called cents and the lady has been rude on the phone I don’t know if there’s an English barrier she seem to be speaking English that day in the floor but when I called the only thing she says repeatedly is Rena‘s not here and if I ask a question it’s total silence and if I repeat myself like hello do you even hear me all she says is sorry. If reena never returns I will never return to that spot. I wish she had better train employees to service the shop while she’s on vacation

I visited the shop earlier this week. Reena performed eyebrow threading for me. It was my first time seeing her but I’m not new to threading. I have always been hesitant about new people doing my brows because past mishaps have essentially ruined my brows, decided to trust her due to reading reviews about her work. I had been driving to Mokena from So. Holland for this service but I am so over driving that far. Anyhow, Reena was amazing! She explained everything she was going to do very thoroughly. Starting with assessing my brows first then asking me about what shape I wanted.

As many people proceed to walk in for service , she is frantic and working quickly. As it was my time to be serviced , she rushed and waxed my eyebrows. Almost took off my entire eyebrow. Denied it and Walked away helped others customers and later said sorry. As she tried to fix my brows she made them worse. You can not grow brows over night. My first experience here was terrible. I walked in and there’s one worker. As many people proceed to walk in for service , she is frantic and working quickly. As it was my time to be serviced , she rushed and waxed my eyebrows. Almost took off my entire eyebrow. Denied it and Walked away helped others customers and later said sorry. The first time I came here I was serviced by Reena. My first visit was superb. Reena was warm and pleasant. I enjoyed sitting in the chair as she explained everything she was doing. I am NOT new to the threading industry at all. Threading is the only method I prefer for grooming my eyebrows.
