I took my grandma to get eyebrows threaded and the lady sat on the phone the whole time and did not pay attention to make sure that both eyebrows were shaped the same and over plucked the left one my grandma asked her to fix it and she was agitated and being rude till I had to step in she refused to fix what she had done I can not tell if she was being Ageist all I know is I won’t be coming back here again it was not professional at all to argue with a customer who just wants to feel and look good do not go here unless you want your eyebrows to be ugly and then gaslit about it

For what it’s worth, they are good at brow threading – the service was super quick and I like the results. Customer service was nonexistent though.
