The eyebrow threading is great, but the lashes are awful. I’m still trying to get them off. Remover won’t work, and it’s ripping out all of the my lashes !! I don’t think they even have a license to do lashes. The experience was awful, and my eyes hurts for days. The amount of glue used was disgusting. I will never go back to this place.

Positive: Professionalism, Value(Using my husbands account) I have been coming here for years for brow threading and I refuse to go anywhere else. They’re quick yet efficient every time I come! They keep it very clean and everyone who works there is extremely nice especially to my son who I bring occasionally while his dad works. They keep it very clean and everyone who works there is extremely nice especially to my son who I bring occasionally while his dad works. I’ve came here 5 times since I’ve moved to the area, the first 3 times were GREAT! Then the lady who usually did them wasn’t there, so I let the only woman who was there do it the last two times. I asked to please keep shape and have them identical, and told her if she can’t do it to let me know. She did not and ruined my eyebrows :(. I don’t know if the other woman had left, but I am not coming back here. I have one eyebrow thicker than the other, and ones rounded while the other is squared.

I wasn’t to happy at all with my eye lashes extensions they were way to long. On the 2nd day I had already had 2 fall out. For $140 taking an hour to do it I don’t think that’s worth the money at all. Most places take up to 2 1/2 hours to do lash extensions. Don’t get me wrong the people work there were absolutely nice as can be but I just was not happy with it. So I have scheduled another appointment at another salon to get them fixed.
