Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe lady made me wait because she had a client. Told me I was next and so I waited. I was literally next to the place and she went ahead a took another lady before me. I walked up right when she had sat her and asked her why she was making me wait when it was my turn next and all she could do was say “Oh sorry”. This isn’t a service I can’t do on my own but for the first time in years, I wanted to experience getting my brows done. I moved to Portland from Ohio 10 years ago & it took me about 2 years before I finally found a place that could do my brows the way I like. I absolutely adore Anita, but all of the girls are great. I have think light brows, and after I get them threaded & tinted they always look so full & fabulous. I will never go anywhere else as long as this place still exists. I never have to wait long , prices are great & the service is the absolute best!

The girl at studio 7 did 3 or 4 people in the time it took me to walk and wait for someone at Bollywood and come back she was free and needless to say she did an amazing job. I was originally going to go to the other eyebrow place because I wanted my eye brows tinted and waxed since I grew them out a lot but they lost their costumer for being unprofessional and being gone for over 30 min from their salon. The only people I trust with my brows. Any of the threaders will hook you up, but my favorite is Anita. I can tell her my concern and she does her absolute best to make sure I feel satisfied. The wait is never too long and they treat their regulars well. Highly recommend.

Always get my brows done here. Only place that gives me great results and just what I want every single time. My go to. I had to edit this a couple years after let me say that yes I do love getting my eyebrows here because of a particular women, she been at this kiosk stand for a while. Every time I’ve been seen by her she does an A+plus job, I always ask to have my eyebrows “shaped and keep them as thick as possible.” And she does just that. She’s an older women. I cannot remember her name, but next time I go I will get her name. The younger women that work here on the other hand have always left me eyebrows thin/ pieces of hairs still randomly here and there. I’ve been here multiple times to try and give the others a try, won’t do it again. Only come weekdays, that’s when my main girl is here

Anita and Pari are extremely welcoming and great at what they do. I have been going to them for about 3-4 years now and they are the only ones to touch my eyebrows. I would and do recommend them to anyone that’s looking to start threading.

First of all, the lady with the orange brassy blonde hair that did my eyebrows was the WORST customer service person I’ve ever come across. She didn’t even say one word to me besides the price of what it cost to do my eyebrows at the end. I said thank you so much and she grabbed her phone and walked away. Not only that, my eyebrows were very uneven and she left all the hair on my face and just set the tissue on my shirt. Her attitude is disgusting and I will never be coming back again. In fact, the whole family is stuck up and need a reality check. If people are paying you for a service then you need to go above and beyond by making sure they feel comfortable. I do not recommend this place at all if this is your first time or if you expect a friendly person to be touching your eyebrows.

I have had my eyebrows look amazing and on the flip side absolutely atrocious at this location. The stylist you choose makes all the difference here. Choose the much older women. They know what they are doing. Upside. They are clean, fast, and it’s fairly painless on eyebrows but upper lips hurt so bad. I shed a tear everytime.

I loved coming here and it was my original place when I started threading. I knew them before they had a actual location and it was just chairs and a spool of thread. Recently they have become really horrible customer service and they leave my eyebrow looking the same except with a bunch of cuts. I’ll be looking for a new place to go! I rather leave with a good shape and no blood. I never thought my first ever review was going to be a bad one.
