Not understanding the bad reviews on their page as I’ve been coming here for weeks with no issues. Little to no wait- and if there is one, the workers get through it efficiently. Their punch card is convenient as my roommate and I get ours done together, every 3-ish visits (2 treatments per visit) we get one free threading. Brow Studio 7 is a must have for me as I breakout from cystic acne and needed a resolution for eyebrow waxing. Come here, you won’t be disappointed!

This is my usual eyebrow place and I like getting my brows done here but this experience changed it for me. It seems like they hired new staff and when I got there the lady didn’t ask what shape I wanted. After threading while she was doing finishing touches she mentioned that my brows were uneven and went back to threading them some more. I didn’t think much of this until she showed me what they looked like and asked to take more hair off so that they would look straight. I told her no way because my eyebrows were thin enough! My eyebrows used to look so full now I look like I’m stuck in the 2000s. I would’ve thrown a fit if it wasn’t for it being my free brow threading as a local customer.

I’m so sad/upset. Went in, got my brows WAY overdone. I let her know she overdid it and that one was way thinner than the other. She didn’t even offer to try to fix it until I asked her to do it. She was blaming it on me for having “thin eyebrows” but for the 4+ years that I have been a costumer here THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. My eyebrows have always looked soo good. I Miss the old staff. They were so much more professional!

Worst place. They are very harsh when threading. unfriendly staff. Got eyebrows shaped, came out with a huge cut. Got upped lip and chin threading done, came out with huge cut. They expect ton of tip with bad service.

I went there yesterday to get my brows threaded. They messed my brows up so I thought getting them tinted would cover it. It did not. I am posting a picture of after the threading and after the tint. Woke up this morning missing part of my right eyebrow. I usually go to the Eden Prairie one but this Minnetonka was closer. WORSE MISTAKE! Beware and don’t trust this location.

If I could I would give them 0. She literally ripped off the entire front of my eyebrows and tried to cover it up. I asked her to clean up my brows and not touch the fronts but she literally ripped off my eyebrows and gave me scars from my brow bone to my eye lids. I’m so upset. I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years I don’t know who these new people are but they are very unprofessional and don’t know how to tread eyebrows. I would definitely recommend going to a different location or keeping your bushy brows instead of coming here.

The brow stylist did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I absolutely love the shape. I’ve had my brows threaded for years and this is the best they’ve ever been. Might have helped that they really needed shaping this time so she had more to work with. My review would have been 5-star if she hadn’t have smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I was literally coughing from it. Too bad as she was good at what she does.
