Priya provides the best customer service. She is very friendly and is very skilled with threading. She threads my eyebrows close to perfection. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for the last 5years! This is the only place that I go to get my eyebrows done. Priya provides the best customer service. She is very friendly and is very skilled with threading. She threads my eyebrows close to perfection. The stations are very clean and the staff are very organized and friendly.

Critical: QualityI went there to get a henna tattoo. I paid $20 which is highly expensive. My first time getting henna and I literally paid $7 and she did an ok job. My boyfriend came with me and the henna design is poorly done, sloppy and slanted which I noticed more as we left and it dried. I was not pleased with it and it kept smudging not to mention she had to wipe the design a few times and fix. She then asked about eyebrows and I did my eyebrows and she was very fast and I had to ask her to clean it up a bit because I could still see some hair. Well the worse part was their machine for cards took forever to accept $30 , it kept saying declined but no I had money on my card. I called the bank later after leaving and they said It did not go through because of the machine and 7attempts were tried. Thank god the bank did not realize it. My bf ran upstairs to the atm and took out $40. While i waited she spoke to me and was friendly she didn’t speak or before it was time to be paid. Well he got the money out and I paid her thirty. 20 for henna and 10 for eyebrows. I wish I could post a picOf the henna it’s embarrassing. My boyfriend came with me and the henna design is poorly done, sloppy and slanted which I noticed more as we left and it dried. One of these ladies in particular started “acting exhausted” from doing a full face session. Shaking her arms out..and other random things. In all the other prior sessions she never did this. So basically embarrassing me whilst other clients came and went with just their eyebrows being done. Needless to say, I stopped going to these women.
