I’m a regular customer that has been going to this place for 7 years, since they had their little beds in the hallways of Walden galleria. I’ve referred my entire family there, I’ve told all my friends about them and even recommended them to strangers. Unfortunately the ladies that work here are very rude and I’ve always brushed their comments off until today when she accused me of never tipping infront of other customers. I usually put the tip in a vase and I guess she never noticed I’ve been tipping.. everyone I know has had a bad experience with them. They just lost a faithful customer & lots of referrals .

The older woman does great eyebrows but her attitude is horrible. And never wants to do eyebrows. She talks very nasty all the time. The other younger lady has no idea how to do eyebrows, yet is the first person to jump up when someone walks in. Today was yet another horrible experience. The younger lady does my eyebrows and when I asked her to fix them because there was still a bunch of extra hair, she acted as if it was impossible. I just can’t with this place. If someone knows of another great threading place, please help me.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by the two women who are usually here since they were in the Galleria Mall. Today was my final visit. No greeting. I said thank you and have a nice day and was ignored. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service skills. I will not be back. It’s so very sad when businesses show such disregard for their customers. I will never treat my customers like that.
