Unfortunately, I have continuously been over charged each and every time I visited this particular threading spa. I always receive the same service, yet the prices continue to increase. Please keep in mind, if they deem you have money etc., they will increase the prices on you. Buyer beware. Please do not discuss or disclose your occupation etc; they will definitely pick and probe in a friendly manner. I will NEVER return again! Warmest regards

I just moved from LA were I pay anywhere from $8-10 for eyebrow threading only. I was shocked this placed charged twice as much. My goodness eyebrows are done in minutes yet the prices don’t justify what they charge. I get inflation but geesh!

Horrible horrible place! Pretty sure they dont like helping black people! Always rude and always a short response when asking certain questions. They force you to try certain things and lie about the outcome of what you’re trying as well. Will not be supporting nor will i be spending my hard earned cash here! Never again! Very bad experience

Loved coming here to get my eyebrows done. Angela always did such an amazing job in addition to being an awesome person. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done by so many people in different places but Angela was one of the few to get it done so well and my eyebrows came out looking the same something that has been rare in my experience. I’ve had good and bad eyebrow outcome with different employees but still recommend this place.

I have been coming here for many years. I even stuck with them when they moved locations. I have had some times where I wasn’t satisfied and continued to go back. I am pleased with the results I have received today until I went to check out. $27.99 for an eyebrow thread and lip wax. I WAS SHOCKED!! I understand prices are going up but when they were 12.99 for eyebrows to 17.99 in a matter of a couple months this is enough to no longer come back. I was never notified of an increase in prices. I hope they realize this is too much!

I went to the mall today to get my brows done, as I’ve done for a few years now. They have so many new people there and this girl MESSED them up. One was way thicker than the other and I legit walked out in tears. Came STRAIGHT to the brow spa and told them what had happened and they got me in quickly, and explained how they could fix them the best they could. They didn’t even charge me for my little bit of threading I had done which I was SOO thankful for. And then the tinting was absolutely amazing. They look a million times better! I will forever come back to this Brow Spa for any eyebrow needs in the future. I promise you will NOT be disappointed! These ladies are so sweet and amazing!!

After a moment to calm down a bit more, what it all boils down to is , I unfortunately didnt have a great experience in the least bit. No amount of words can undo what’s been done. Only time and patience waiting for my brows to grow back. Maybe it was an off day for them ♀️ I don’t know ,but I have no desire to try and find out again.
