The location of this spot is hidden back in a far corner of the mall but it looks like it’s moving. I don’t know how my brow lady managed to remove my regrowth so quickly and with less pain than other spots but she did! If you want quality service, don’t come here. The only ones who thread well are the managers but all of the other employees don’t have great attention to detail. I went in today and an older lady with black framed glasses and a wig ponytail worked on my eyebrows and straight up sucked. The quality was not there at all – she cut me several times, she left so many fine hairs on both side, and didn’t trim them either. After I paid, I asked her to fix them and she still couldn’t “see” the hair under my brows. She proceeded to thread and cut me even more. Still unsatisfied, I asked the only other person working, Zahra, to fix what the other lady couldn’t, which led to more problems. She trimmed my right eyebrow way too much and now there’s an awkward gap of trimmed hair on my brow. I had to explain myself several times and they were not apologetic whatsoever and would not contact a manager after asking for one 5+ times. The density of my hair is uneven now and they made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t like it. She stated she has a “different style of work” but I guess her style of work is garbage. She removed her name tag and pretended to call the manager but in the mean time, she just fidgeted around and ended up paying me out of her pocket. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR EYEBROWS.

This was my first time having my brows threaded. I went to the downstairs kiosk store #9152 and it was a very good experience. The lady that helped me did a great job, and I should have asked her name. I am super happy with my brows. My only complaint is that she didn’t ask me what I wanted done, but I made sure to tell her before she got started.

It was good…I guess, it was my first time getting my eyebrows done. I do have to say,one of my eyebrows is a little bigger than the other but they look nice. It did hurt alot but I think that that wasn’t because of them but I don’t know. The bad thing was that she didn’t really ask me what I wanted she just sat me and go it done in like 5 minutes.

I have been here twice. The eyebrow place I usually go to is Awesome Brows, in Rancho San Diego, but due to its far location I went there as a last resort. The first time I went they overly arched my eyebrows, when I specifically showed them a picture of how I get them done. The second time, the women there are absolutely rude, usually responding with, “mhm” and disrespectful comments. I ended up getting my eyebrows way too thin, with no arch, when I once again showed them a picture of how I get them. I also have friends who have gone here and will never go back due to terrible experiences.
