I used to really like this place but the girl I went to today was horrible. Told me my eyebrows are too thin and she can only do a little bit. They really are not even that thin at all I told her they felt pretty bushy and thick and I would like them thinner. She refused and I left still looking like I need my brows done and had to do them myself. Not mention she was very aggressive constant yank my hands anytime I moved them. Do not Recommend anymore

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time in years and blindly trusted this woman to do my eyebrows and upper lip. After she was done I took a quick look in the mirror (I had my toddler with me) and they looked fine from what I could tell, I’m not a super picky person! Then when I got in my car my eyebrows were completely uneven..she unnecessarily took off more of my left inner part of the brow! Noticeable more…Now I have two different sizes of brows. Completely off center. Uneven. I never leave reviews, but I’m so upset I even tipped her! Never again.

I used to be a regular here until about a month ago. I went in to get my eyebrows done for my BRIDALS and WEDDING and there was only one lady there that I had never had before. I tried to talk to her and tell her to take just a little bit off and clean it up but she was on her phone and brushed me off as her phone conversation with her friend was clearly more important than her customer. She continued and was on the phone the entire time she was doing my brows. SO unprofessional! And the worst part is she took off more on my brows than anybody previously had done. They were so thin and I hated them. It’s been about a month and a half and they still have yet to grow back in.

My daughter and I went to get our brows threaded, but the young lady working there was tinting two customers brows and it took an hour! She didn’t warn us or tell us it would be such a long wait. 45 minutes in we asked how much longer it would be and she said one minute but she was very rude about it. In between the tinting she would just sit on her phone while she could’ve been threading our brows. Turns out we didn’t have time to get my brows done so I just had my daughters done. When she asked about a tip I told her the amount I’d give her but then she asked for more!!! I can’t believe how unprofessional she was. Never going to that place again. I’ll stick to the Provo mall threading place. They’re always professional there.

The threading is nice but the lady wouldn’t return our change and when we asked her to her attitude changed and she refused. This has happened multiple times, we were gonna tip her but that changed as soon as she demanded her tip. The second time we went she automatically picked her own tip and when we told her we didn’t want that she got upset and said it was too late and to just pay. I suggest going somewhere else.

This was the worst eye brow experience i’ve ever had. There were two girls in front of us that took an hour to get theirs brows tinted with 8 minutes in between to dry and when we asked how much longer it would take she cut me off and said “just one more minute” my eye brow threading too five minutes. Then I gave her a tip and she asked for more. So unprofessional and aggravating.

I’ve came to this place for like 5 years now and yesterday I had a bad experience!! I went around 4:30pm The lady was doing my eyebrows then she would leave to be on the phone! And my eyebrows look a mess!! She really messed up my eyebrows like she took to much off!! I’ve never had my eyebrows so thin in my life!! All I asked for was a clean up!! I’m so upset because my wedding is this weekend coming up!! Ima make sure next time I don’t go to that lady again!!!

The worst brow place I have been to. My eyebrows now look like twigs on my face. The older lady trimmed my brows so much, I feel like a 12 year old. I will no longer be going here to get my brows done. I also WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Usually I go here to get my eyebrows done. i was waiting in line for 20 minutes and when i went to go to my turn she told me they were closed but it wasn’t 9 pm yet. I asked if she knew i was waiting and she said yes. very bad customer service i was very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Up until 2 months ago (July) there was an older lady who said the younger lady didn’t work there anymore. I told her I wanted to keep my brows thick and not thin- she smiled & nodded.
