I came in after letting my eyebrows grow out and the lady completely messed them up I now have a shorter eyebrow than the other. They don’t match at all. I have attached the picture where she took off extra on one of my eyebrows and the 2 different ends on each eyebrow. I would never come back here again. Don’t trust this lady all.

If I could give it a 0 star I would! I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned and tinted and the lady ended up threading an huge chunk of my right eyebrow off and then didn’t even clean up my left eyebrow. Not to mention the tint job was not good at all, it was all over the place. After removing the tint she proceeded to bring over a Q-tip and was vigorously rubbing around my eyebrows and it hurt so much it turned red. I still went to pay for the services even tho I was unsatisfied and the lady had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip when I told her no she asked WHY. This was when she began to argue even tho I previously told her I did not like how the eyebrows turned out and then she proceeded to say “when you do your eyebrows next time go somewhere else” – GLADLY.
